Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
To our wholesale customers: Camel Threads stands behind our products and we greatly value our relationships with each of our customers. We strive to provide the absolute best customer service. Because each customer and each situation is different, we take each concern on an individual basis. If there is any kind of problem or question, please reach out to us so that we can make it right.
We do ask that removable labels be used on the individual shoe boxes and that the boxes be returned in the same condition they were received. (In the original packaging.)
We require products to have been purchased directly from Camel Threads. We provide no Third Party exchanges. You must contact Camel Threads prior to making a return or request for refund.

Refunds (if applicable) are made once your return is received and inspected. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Cancellations of orders may be made prior to payment and shipping.
